About Us

The Learning Catalyst's director, Charmayne Lane, is a highly regarded educational and leadership consultant. She has been instrumental in the development of educational coaching in Victoria.

    Director

    An ex-principal, teacher and trainer of coaches, Charmayne Lane has a Masters in Educational Leadership, is a Teaching Associate at Monash University and co-presented the principal preparation course, Unlocking Potential, at Bastow Institute of Educational Leadership.

    Her work as a leadership coach, presenter and trainer has received outstanding feedback from educators and leaders across Australia and abroad.

    She is currently working with the professional learning branch of the AEU to deliver a range of webinars and workshops, including the Women in Leadership course for aspirant principals.

    Charmayne’s focus is on helping others to build capacity within their educational or leadership roles.
